When we began

City Industrial Property (CIP) was established in 2007, primarily to take care of the Group property requirements whilst looking for additional opportunities to provide cost effective industrial property solutions and partnerships for third parties.

We develop property that is tailored to our client’s needs. Facilities vary from 2,000sqm to 46,000sqm in size and range from warehousing and distribution facilities to container handling parks to specialised factory and workshop facilities.

We are happy to offer industrial property solutions to most parts of South Africa and are currently active in Cape Town, Durban, George, Paarl, and Pomona areas.
